A FIXED-BLADE MILITARY-STYLE KNIFE
The 0100 features an innovative recurve blade designed for multi-tasking versatility, minimal mass, and maximum performance. This blade shape provides ideal leverage in tough cutting situations and a precisely centered point to handle piercing tasks with ease.
The blade is CPM 3V tool steel and is 0.19 in. (0.48 cm) thick. Crucible’s CPM Particle Metallurgy process creates steel that is more uniform and dense, improving both wear resistance and toughness. 3V is designed to provide maximum resistance to breakage and chipping and to hold its edge longer. It offers impact toughness approaching the levels of shock resistant grades, while providing high hardness and thermal stability for coatings. With a Rockwell rating of 58-60, 3V is the steel for tools that have to perform under the harshest of field conditions. ZT coats the 0100’s blade with black Tungsten DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) to protect the blade from staining and for non-reflectivity.
The scales are 3-D machined G-10, also in matte black. The machining provides a secure grip, while the G-10 was selected because it exhibits extremely high mechanical strength—even in extreme temperatures. G-10 is also an excellent insulator. The 0100 comes with a nylon-webbing sheath with multi-carry configuration capability and a convenient utility pocket. With its bold looks, premium-quality materials, and precision function, the 0100 offers knife users who depend on their blades everything they demand.

代号为0100 的"G10柄战术直刀"，主要由Kershaw的Ken Onion负责主要设计，使用CPM3V工具钢制成，并运用「碳化钨涂层(Tungsten DLC Coating)」处理。碳化钨涂层具有高耐磨耗性、高化学钝性、低摩擦系数等优点，大幅度地增加刀刃的耐用度与切割能力。握柄为厚实的G-10材质，并以机器3D立体刻纹，具有高度的防滑能力。
CPM3V是熔炉斯伯公司采用粉末冶金工艺生产的一种新型工具钢,耐磨性高且解决了“断裂”等问题。CPM 3V的韧性明显高于D2以及CPM M4,接近S7耐冲击钢的水平。如果表面进行涂层,会获得更优异的耐磨性、硬度和热稳定性。在HRC 58-60硬度的范围内使用。所以CPM 3V钢材制作成本也非常高昂！
