冷钢13RTK“侦察兵”是冷钢公司专为美国陆战队及特种部队设计开发的一款战斗刀，在古代日本武士刀的基础上，加上现代设计而制成的。该刀有两种用途，即可用于作战，也可用于野外生存。
    此款为钢材升级之后的侦察兵，刀身由日本生产的VG-1钢制成，厚约5mm，VG-1钢相比老款AUS-8钢，提升了整体 硬度及切削保持性，特别设计的刀型兼顾多种功能，能砍，能剁，能刺，刀身表面为黑色TUFF-EX涂层，非常牢固不容易脱落，可以消除反光，并保护刀身，耐腐蚀。表面硬度HRC60，刀尖采用增强处理，刀尖处更厚一些，新款侦察兵通过了洞穿汽车引擎及装甲的测试。剃刀般锋利的刀锋可以轻易的刮下汗毛！手柄末端留有系绳孔，防止使用中掉落。在冷钢的官方网站上可以看到相关测试视频，一个强壮的男子用它穿刺汽车前盖，又把13RTK插入木墙缝隙中，踩着13RTK攀爬而上，牢固异常！
